Delete account

What happens to your data

• Your sign-in account, parks, dragon copies, public player profile, all-time scores, saved game sessions and private Make a Match statistics will be permanently deleted.
• Weekly tournament scores and standings remain as Deleted player, with the account link and saved player name removed.
• Feedback is submitted separately without an account link. Contact support with your feedback receipt if you want a message or its contact details removed.
• Files you exported to your own device are yours to remove. Deleting DragonVale Lair does not delete your DragonVale game account.

Export your collection from Dragonarium first if you want to keep a copy. See the privacy policy for backup and retention details.
